Apparently, there’s some to-do tonight about some funny-lookin’ little punkin in a cow pasture that a number of folks will be watching tonight.  For the rest of us, there’s beer and cocktails! OK, there will likely be beer and cocktails for a number of those other folks, but our point is that we’ll be enjoying ours in the usually-punkin-free environment of Anvil Bar & Refuge, 1424 Westheimer, at 8 PM.  See if you can make it there without steppin’ in somethin’.

Hey, Bunkie.  How’s that holiday shopping goin’?  You say you’ve had enough of Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Blue Tuesday/Chartreuse  Wednesday?  Escape from the shopping madness for a bit and enjoy a pint with friends tonight at MvsC, 1011 McGowan.  Try a cocktail or a beer to wash down the excellent pub food on their menu.
