Liberty StationOn this day in 1963, Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby shot and killed accused JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.  Any number of conspiracy theories swirl around these events, though on his deathbed, Ruby claimed to have acted alone.  Regardless of your position on these matters, join us tonight at Liberty Station2101 Washington Ave.  The tap list has great variety for its size, they have a bar full of certifiably-inspired mixed drinks, and if you’re hungry, there’s probably a food truck outside (you’re free to brown bag it as well).  Feel free to search the jukebox for your favorite tracks, but leave the theories at home.  See you there at 8 PM.

Reigning for 45 years, she ruled over one of England’s most glorious periods. Her half-sister, though, wins the battle of the cocktails.  Regardless of your Tudor drink preferences, join us for a pint at the Post Oak Whole Foods, 1700 Post Oak Blvd at San Felipe.  Boasting the first in-house brewery of any Whole Foods, there are 20-28 beers on tap (whether their own, local, or from far-flung places), and a Souvlaki grill.  Plus you can get some grocery shopping done too.  See you there at 8 PM.
