Join us at the brand-new Platypus Brewing brew pub, 1902 Washington Ave, Suite E. They have a number of Australian-styled beers brewed on-premise with several guest taps as well. They’re dog friendly and have a great patio. Good parking is available behind the pub (on the northwest side of the site) and across Silver St. See you there at 8 PM.

Tonight at Hops Meet Barley, 2245 W Alabama. Those who’ve been around the Upper Kirby area since before it was called Upper Kirby, and just “that space between 59 and River Oaks” will recognize this as the former location of Mission Burrito/Uberrito. Hops Meet Barley has a long tap list and a super packaged beer list. Plus some light bites if you’re peckish. See you there at 8 PM.

Come check out Kirby Ice House with us tonight at 8 PM. Located at 3333 Eastside (near Richmond Ave), it’s a 23-and-up, dog-friendly place with an potentially good beer list. And it sports a dog-friendly patio. See you there!
